    • Practice – Math With Calculator Find Your Weaknesses Drill Qs 1-20
    • Clear your mind and get in FOCUS
    • Estimated time for completion: 20-30mins, including answer review/understanding
      • For each Q, get your first impression:
        1. “I own this!” – Owned in 20-30secs
        2. “Umm…I think I got this.” – Might be correct in 60-90secs
        3. “I have no idea!” – Use 20secs to get familiar with words in the Q and types of answers
    • Completely Circle any Q that feels like impression 2. or 3.
    • Then CHEAT! Go straight to its Solution (see below), see how easy it is, then own it through practice!

    • Review and make friends with the solutions to yesterday’s Qs that gave you trouble!
    • Reading – Skim & Quick Note Drill P1 (25mins)
      • Clear your mind of everything
      • No one is timing you – no need to rush through this assignment – but you should be done in about 25mins
        • Step 1. Print out and review the 4-Step Method Reading Cheat Sheet
        • Step 2. Print the Reading P1 doc
        • Step 3. Watch this 16min video: Preview: Reading P1
        • Step 4. Now read the Blurb and Attack the questions. Try to figure out the story through its questions. Make sure to label locations of early questions and underline key points of later questions.
        • Step 5. Read the title and Actively Follow the flow of the first paragraph. As soon as you get the main idea of the paragraph, write down a short note of it in the margin (annotating).
        • Step 6. Do the same to the remaining paragraphs.
        • Step 7. Now try answering the questions!
      • SOLUTIONS – The assignment wasn’t difficult, but it helps you learn to destroy any Reading passage with better efficiency and accuracy.

        • To beat the Reading section, you only need to practice using the 4-Step Reading Method. With all of your practice, you will start to see exactly how the test-makers use the same style of passages and questions over and over again.
